Accredited Aides-Plus

Accredited Aides-Plus is a family owned and operated home health care agency specializing in personal non-medical care services. Located in Nanuet, NY they have over 40 years of experience in providing care in Rockland County serving all the county’s towns such as New City, Suffern, Airmont, Nyack, Orangeburg, Pearl River, Monsey, and Chestnut Ridge. They needed an updated website that was not only informative, but also reassuring to potential clients that their loved ones would be properly cared for.

Most users who will be visiting the Accredited Aides-Plus website are making some difficult family decisions and looking for someone to turn to that understands the emotional pressures of aging family family member needing home health care services. Our goal was to create a website that is comforting, informational, and easy to navigate. The website is intuitive and informative, allowing users to seek and understand their options for their loved ones as the need of additional services increases.

The updated website contains Accredited Aides-Plus’ established color scheme of blue and green.  The logo was superimposed over the apparel of the stock images to emulate a custom photo shoot, elevating the images while saving the client time and money. The Home page has a brief introduction followed by three call-to-action buttons, access to recent news articles, and finally contact information in the footer.

The home page and top navigation was designed for visitors to quickly access information.  Visitors for these type of services are typically stressed because of their concern for a loved one and need to quickly find as much information as possible. On the contact form, a custom illustration was made of a nurse interacting with a client. Finally, for consistency, the website design and it’s information was repurposed to create to double-sided tri-fold color brochure for in-person meetings or promotional events.
