Client Need

We were approached by Tenet Florida Physicians Services (TFPS), based in Boca Raton, Florida,  in 2013 as they were looking for new, fresh and creative designs for their print collateral and direct marketing campaigns. They felt their current materials looked stale and stagnant and they wanted their staff, patients, and affiliates to know that their modern and advanced approach to medicine was reflected in their marketing materials.

Brochures

We worked with TFPS to update the look and feel for multiple practice lines, from different cardiological services and procedure and risk explanation, orthopedic services, women’s health services, to patient informational brochures. All carry a modern and sophisticated approach to design, but also have a clean, friendly, and informative look to not overwhelm the patient, who possibly could have just found out they require a procedure and have questions.

Targeted Direct Mail

We worked with TFPS to create targeted geographic direct marketing mailings to many neighborhoods highlighting specific practice and medical offerings based on current marketing strategies. The postcard featured above won a GOLD Healthcare Marketing Award for design and R.O.I. (return on investment).

Invitation Packages

Some of our favorite projects with TFPS is designing invitation packages to physician mixers, employee functions, and formal galas. Working with the marketing team, we created custom packages that spanned the fun and silly, edgy and modern, warm and friendly, to sleek and sophisticated.

Logo and Branding

When TFPS needed help creating new identities for specialty divisions of practice, they came to us. We worked with their marketing team to create subsidiary logos that pay homage to the parent company, but also can stand on their own. The identity above for the Florida Institute for Orthopaedic Surgical Specialists won a GOLD award from Healthcare Advertising Awards and a GOLD Aster Award for Excellence in Medical Marketing.

The Results

Working with TFPS has been a wonderful and engaging experience. The flexibility to work on so many different campaigns and projects keeps our creative juices flowing, striving to achieve and meet their strategic goals as it changes from practice to physician, to specialty, to internal solutions.
